More rare to find   -- super elegant -- simple clean pattern that works with any china / flatware you might own, it is a hefty little spoon scalloped edge, matches or blends with many flatware / china patterns - or so said my mother.
This antique solid sterling silver spoon filled with congac was warmed over a candle then poured into the demitasse cup of coffee, used very rarely, with the typical and expected very minor use scratches not a dent or ding (see photos).  ONLY the spoon is being sold in this lot.
RECIPEE FOR USE ---
Place sugar cube in the brandy / cognac spoon. Pour good cognac or brandy over sugar cube, warm cognac in spoon by heating from beneath, if desired, ignite warmed cognac and allow alcohol burn off - the sugar cube will melt and caramelize. When flame subsides, stir into your coffee.  Add orange rind twist and it is a taste of Italy...  Dramatic conclusion to any fine meal.

Review picture(s) for condition etc.  Not new, but Used Good Estate Condition with expected use on treasured old items.  Some hand washing/polishing needed!  Vintage heirloom quality.  This is an outstanding, truly versatile, group/set of good weight/heft, elegant pattern.  Bid based on info above, but know these items we are selling were from a very good collection of very fine household goods that were well taken care of.
No major flaws or damages not mentioned, expect general marks, spots, scratches, wear and patina commensurate with age and use of treasured serverware/flatware used for special meals/holidays.  All this has been stored away in the box for many years and a simple cleaning/polishing will make it look even more elegant on your table.  Most or all hosts would feel quite comfortable using this when entertaining the most special guests in your home.
